Daylight Savings has performed over 150 agricultural energy audits across all farm types. The US Department of Agriculture offers renewable energy and efficiency grants through the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP). A farm is typically required to have a Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) compliant energy audit performed in order to be eligible for these grants. Our audits have been reviewed by and are compliant with NRCS standards and would help to both identify potential renewable energy and efficiency measures and qualify your farm for a REAP grant. Daylight Savings may be able to offer our audit services at no cost through the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) Agriculture Energy Audit Program.
